RULES OF DISCIPLINE


1. The date of birth of a pupil, as recorded in the admission Register cannot be changed.

2. The school uniform for girls is: navy blue pleated skirt, well upto the knee (Covering the knee) white half-sleeved blouse, black shoes, navy blue socks and black hair band. Girls of classes 1-5 should wear the blue-checked blouse instead of the white one, on Thursdays and Fridays. The school tie and the House badge are worn on every school day. In winter, navy blue blazers must be worn by all Classes, I to XII.

3. Class hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. During break no parent or guardian or friend is allowed to be in the campus. The gates will remain locked. Students should be in school 10 minutes before the first bell in the morning i.e. by 7:50 a.m. ID Card and bus pass should be brought every day.

4. Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than two weeks renders a student liable to dismissal. If a student cannot attend the class on a particular day, a leave letter signed by the guardian should be sent to the school office.

5. Parents are requested not to encourage children to remain at home to study on school days. Marks will be deducted from the total for remaining a home just before the examinations. Senior students should submit to the Principal a leave application duly signed for each day of their absence.

6. No one may leave the school premises between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. without a written permission from the principal-such permission will be given only at the request of the parents.

7. Discipline should be maintained while changing classes for P.T., singing and practicals of science and computer science. No student is allowed to remain in the class room during the lunch hour or before the bell in the morning.

8. No gold or any other valuable articles or finger rings should be worn in the school. The school will not be responsible for lost articles.

9. The school cannot take responsibility for students after class hours.

10. Any damage to the school furniture or other articles should be reported to the office and the damage made good.

11. Disrespect towards teachers or bad influence, irregular attendance and neglect to home work justify dismissal.

12. A student who fails in the same class for two years in succession, should be withdrawn from the school.

13. 75% attendance in class 9, 10, 11 and 12 is necessary for a student to be sent up for the I.C.S.E. and I.S.C. Examination.

14. The students should bring their own healthy home made tiffin. Parents are requested not to disturb the office staff.
