1. The School Fees cover 12 calendar months. No reduction is made for absence or holidays. All payments have to be made in the current month quarterly failing which a fine of 100/- per month will be charged. Fees of 1st quarter (April-June) to be paid in April, fees of 2nd quarter in July, Fee of the 3rd quarter in October and the fees of the 4th quarter in January.Those wish to pay the whole year's fees in the beginning can be done in the 1" quarter itself.

2. Pupils whose fees are in arrears will not be permitted to appear for the Examination. No transfer certificate will be issued until all financial obligations to the school are settled.

3. A month's notice should be given before the withdrawal of a student failing which a month's fee 3. will have to be paid.

4. Fees will be accepted only through online mode. It can be done either by school app (campus care) or through website: sjcpatna.campuscare.cloud

5. In the case of class XI, fees will have to be paid on an annual basis at the time of admission and NO FEE will be refunded at any later date if the candidate withdraws her name from the school.
